Catalonia’s Albert Pla is one of the most versatile, transgressive and surprising artists in the Iberian Peninsula. Since the 1980s, he has developed a multi-award-winning career as a musician, singer, theater and film actor, writer and clown. With more than a dozen albums recorded, he is an artist who reaches the maximum expression of his art on stage, where his music and words are elevated by a heightened sense of drama, refined humour and irony without complacency. In this concert in Maó, he will be accompanied by Diego Cortés, a gypsy guitarist who has collaborated with Pla since 2001 and who has shared the stage with giants the size of Santana or Paco de Lucía.
Don’t miss the Es Claustre stage Wednesdays dedicated to dance, humor and criticism in different formats.
